Chief Operating Officer

Nick joined Validus in June 2024 and oversees the firm’s operational and administrative functions. He brings over 20 years of experience building and leading operational and client-facing teams. Before joining Validus, he spent six years at Y TREE, a London-based fintech, where he helped grow the company from a seed-stage startup of fewer than 10 people into a thriving business managing more than £10bn in client assets and employing 130 staff. Nick is a CAIA Charterholder and holds an MBA from London Business School.
