Daniel is a seasoned technology leader across multiple sectors specializing in scaling teams and building an engineering culture that is business and customer orientated. In leading some of the largest agile and cloud transformations in Europe, he has modernized technology and enabled faster flows from ideation to production. He also deployed Agentic AI to enable users to concentrate on the value-added tasks, rather than toiling on the repeatable and mundane. 

At Validus, Daniel is accountable for all technology teams and deliverables internally and for clients. Before joining Validus, Daniel was Chief Digital Platforms Officer at Hargreaves Lansdown, the UK’s largest self-investment platform provider with over £170 Billion AUA. Previously he served as CTO at Kuba, a transport ticketing payments specialist delivering SaaS solutions.
