David Fisher

Group Board Director

David Fisher has served as Chief Executive Officer at Enova International, Inc. (NYSE: ENVA), a leading financial technology company, since 2013. He assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors the following year. Previously, Mr. Fisher was CEO of optionsXpress Holdings though to its acquisition by Charles Schwab. He also served as CFO at Potbelly Sandwich Works and Prism Financial, the latter at which he was also General Counsel. In addition to his role on the Board at Validus, Mr. Fisher has held numerous Board of Directors positions, including at GoHealth, InnerWorkings, Inc., optionsXpress and GrubHub. Mr. Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
