Validus announces appointment of Julie Lalonde to its Board of Directors

Validus Risk Management (‘Validus’), the leading independent financial risk advisory and technology firm, today announces the appointment of Julie Lalonde, Managing Partner at Walter Global Asset Management (‘Walter GAM’) to its Board of Directors (‘Board’).

Julie joined Walter GAM in early 2020, having previously held a number of senior executive management positions, including more than 10 years at Fiera Capital, and a previous decade in management roles with the pension funds of the multinational corporations Abitibi Consolidated and Bombardier Inc. At Walter GAM, Julie leans on her experience to identify potential investments and support the growth of portfolio companies.
