Kate Norrie

Head of Human Resources

Kate joined Validus in 2019 and leads the global HR function, overseeing recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits across six international offices. She plays a central role in building the culture and capabilities that power Validus's continued growth. Prior to joining, Kate built her HR career across hospitality, engineering, retail and fintech, bringing a diverse perspective to talent strategy. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Hospitality Management and is a CIPD Associate in Human Resources and Management.
